After you have placed your order you will receive a tracking number from us within 2 days, which shows you exactly when your package will arrive.
We made it easy for our customers to track your order by yourself. You just have to copy your tracking number and go to our "Track Your Order" page were you can just paste the tracking number and follow the shipping step by step.
The delivery is handled by one of our global premium carriers: FedEx, UPS, DHL Express.
If you wish to cancel your order before it leaves our warehouse, please contact us immediately at Contact@mrartz.com. However, we can't guarantee that we'll have enough time to cancel your order, as our packing/shipping department prides itself on getting products heading our customers' way quickly.
You will be reminded two times within this period to pick up your parcel. If you don't pick up your order, it will be returned back to us. You will need to speak to customer services regarding your refund.
Please note that you will be charged for the delivery charges for your un-collected order.
NOTE! If a customer says that they did not pick the order but the tracking information states that the ordered was delivered, then we will not take responsibility and reship that same order and any replacements would have to be at your expense.

No, we don't. All of the orders are print on demand meaning every piece is printed on demand and made custom to order.
For now there are no frames included but we do sell canvas and acrylic artworks that are "ready to hang". You just have to unwrap it and hang it on your wall.
Our prints are printed in high quality FineArt museum papers.
NOTE! Our prints are rolled in a thick and protective cardboard tube to protect them against damage when shipping.
Most likely not. Some shipments may incur customs fees for some countries. The fee may vary depending on order value, country limits, etc. You as a customer is responsible for these fees.
After the subscription, you will get an email asking you to confirm the subscription. After confirming, you will get your discount code.
Keep in mind that sometimes the mail will be found in your junk mail. So make sure to double-check it.
