SHIPPING TIME:

The orders are shipped well packed in a protected tube and package with our premium carriers: FedEx, UPS, DHL, DHL Express.

  • US orders will get to you in 5-7 days of shipment.
  • European orders will get to you in 2-5 days.
  • Shipping to all other countries takes 5-10 days.

 

TRACK MY ORDER:

After making your order you will receive a notification when your order leaves our warehouse. This email will include a tracking link so you can follow your art all the way to your home.

You can also click in to our  "Track Your Order" page were you can just paste the tracking number and follow the shipping step by step.

If you cant find the email please make sure to double check your junk folder. If you by any chance don't get the email please send us an email with your name or email you made your order with to: Contact@mrartz.com and we will help you to track your order.

 

RETURN MY ORDER:

We love to put a smile on our customers with our Artwork, but if in any kind you are not happy and wish to return your order make sure to send email to: Contact@mrartz.com so we can send you shipping address. Keep in mind that you are responsible for postage and shipping/custom costs and your return package must be well protected.

  

OUR RETURN POLICY:

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. The 30 days starts from the day you pick up the product. After your cancellation we will do a refund of the amount back to you within 30 days. The product must be returned to us within 30 days and it must be in the same condition as when you received it. Keep in mind that all cost related to the return as shipping and customs will happen on your cost.

NOTE! We do not accept returns on art prints if the package is open! You can only return the art print if the tube isn't opened up.

NOTE! We do not accept returns for change of a design.

NOTE! We do not accept returns on the canvas and acrylic prints because they are directly handmade after purchase.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

CANCEL ORDER:

You can cancel your order if we haven't started with fulfilling your order. We are doing our best getting orders heading our customers way quickly therefore we cant guarantee that we'll have enough time to cancel your order.

 

NOT COLLECTING PACKAGE:

If you don't pick up your order, it will be returned back to us. You will need to speak to customer services regarding your refund.
Please note that you will be charged for the delivery charges for your un-collected order, this covers shipping to and from you.

 

Local taxes:

For customers outside EU and US Note that local charges may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customers own expense.
